Anthony knows tech companies inside out, having been General Counsel and Head of Operations at ecommerce technology & software solutions unicorn Rokt for 5 years. Anthony oversaw Rokt’s 10x growth from Sydney, to Singapore, the US, the UK and Europe. 

Alison is a Partner and Head of our UK team. She is a senior technology lawyer with extensive experience in commercial law and data protection regulation, most of which was gained at a boutique London IT/IP law firm where she trained and worked for 17 years.

Chris launched the firm’s practice in the United States and heads operations and growth in the Americas. He started his legal career in BigLaw as an associate at Kirkland & Ellis LLP, in their Chicago office and private equity group.

Julie Collins is a Senior Lawyer at Biztech Lawyers. Well versed in corporate and transactional law, her experience spans from entity formation and corporate transactions to real estate, business, and banking. 

Anna is a senior lawyer with over a decade of experience in intellectual property and commercial matters. Having spent ten years working in IP litigation, she now focuses primarily on non-contentious IP, commercial contracts and data protection for tech clients.

Francisco has extensive experience working in and with start-ups to help them scale. His experience across diverse industries (including energy generation, production and logistics, B2B SaaS and more) has honed his ability to understand new verticals quickly and to provide highly-tailored legal advice.

Ed Gehres is a Washington, DC lawyer with nearly 25 years experience as a litigator, crisis counsellor, political advocate, and corporate leader. Ed’s practice focuses primarily on claimants in litigation and disputes and hedge funds and private equity funds investing in litigation and other alternative private credit assets.

Elizabeth Ticehurst is an accredited specialist in Employment and Industrial Law. 

Blake Trueblood is a litigator and business lawyer with nearly 20 years of experience resolving disputes, growing businesses, advising entrepreneurs, and serving civil rights and economic development organizations in Indian Country. 

Sherwin has ten years of US immigration law experience and has been practising US immigration law out of Australia for nearly five years. Prior to establishing Globalised, he worked in Sydney at the world’s largest corporate immigration law firm as the lead US Attorney for the firm’s Foreign Consular Practice covering the US Consulates across the entire Asia Pacific region.

Jan is a Lawyer at Biztech Lawyers handling corporate and commercial matters. She brings a sharp analytical mind and a keen eye for detail to her legal work, drawing on a diverse background in event planning and management, advertising, and media communications.

Casper grew up in Sydney, attending primary school in the inner west before moving to selective high school North Sydney Boys, where he enjoyed studying English, Modern History, the highest level of mathematics while enjoying extracurricular activities such as basketball, competing in cross country and playing the piano.

Kelly Skalsky is a seasoned corporate paralegal with an extensive background in supporting in-house counsel across various facets of business law. With over seven years of professional experience, Kelly has honed her skills in the dynamic fields of business contracts, mergers and acquisitions, and international business development.
