Alison is a senior technology lawyer with extensive experience, most of which has been gained at a boutique London IT/IP law firm where she trained and worked for 17 years. Alison has supported and advised tech sector innovators, from individual developers to multinational corporations and everything in between.
Skilled at drafting and negotiating a very broad range of commercial contracts, Alison has been praised in legal directories for her deep knowledge of technology and the associated law. Alison takes a commercial, pragmatic approach, and helps her clients make more informed decisions.
Alison is also an expert in UK and EU data protection law, and has empowered many data heavy businesses to navigate their way through the minefield of data protection regulation.
Alison lives in South London with her husband, 2 children and dog-of-no-specific-breed. She can often be found in co-working spaces where tech entrepreneurs tend to cluster. Alison loves music – she currently sings in a local choir. She doesn’t love exercise but works out regularly nonetheless so she can justify eating chocolate.
