Prudence Mack
Prudence has been working in business and operational management for over 10 years. She started her career as a corporate and commercial lawyer for top-tier legal firm Mallesons Stephen Jaques in Sydney, after completing a Bachelors Degree in Laws (with Honours).
Prudence quickly realised that she was passionate about creating and sustaining successful businesses, prompting her to shift into the world of management consulting for top-tier global firm, A.T. Kearney. There she worked alongside senior management and board directors of both small and major businesses, throughout Australia and Malaysia, helping them to improve and sustain their operations.
Prudence gained a strong grounding in creating and improving operations and processes, growing businesses, and effectively managing people and change. Prudence worked across many different industries, including retail, transport and logistics, engineering and construction and financial services.
After obtaining a solid grounding in business management skills, Prudence took on the challenge of creating a new stand-alone business within the largest Australian and New Zealand lingerie retailer, Bras N Things where she successfully created an online sales and marketing channel.
Prudence has a Bachelor of Laws from Bond University, which included a semester at Duke University in the United States. She is a qualified solicitor of the High Court of Australia and the Supreme Courts of Queensland and New South Wales.
For Prudence, there are always new and better way to do things – whether it be faster and easier processes, or better ways to make customers happier, or ways to make those in the team more motivated and proud to be a part of it
