Blake has managed several start-up law firms and is a skilled operator who has been sought after by businesses, Washington, DC trade associations, and community development organizations.
Most recently, Blake served as General Counsel of litigation finance companies Signal Funding and Justice Funds.
Blake has guided the sale and acquisition of numerous small-to-mid-size businesses serving markets in fintech, the national security and intelligence community, entertainment, and food and beverage. He has also advised on more than $500 million in litigation finance and other private credit opportunities in the last five years.
Blake is Of Counsel to Biztech Lawyers and the co-founder of the claimant-focused litigation boutique Invenio LLP and business and litigation finance advisory Invenio Strategies.
Blake has a fiancé, a daughter, and a beagle chihuahua mix who doubles as director of security for the South Florida office. Blake is enrolled member of the Choctaw Nation and is an instructor and second degree black belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitzu.
