Elizabeth has conducted whistleblower response training for more than 50 organisations, including Boards, executives and senior management teams in industries ranging from finance and banking to resources and retail.

Elizabeth has spent many years living and working in the Asia Pacific region and speaks fluent Japanese and conversational Mandarin Chinese. She enjoys travelling, salsa dancing and surfing. In her spare time, you are most likely to find Elizabeth in the water at a beach somewhere.

From the very beginning of my career, I have had to work cross-culturally across different jurisdictions. I enjoy it immensely - differences in language and culture are so interesting - although difficult to navigate at times. It is important to keep an open mind and focus on commonalities. Sometimes you also have to challenge the perceived wisdom about things - change can and does happen.
