Francisco has extensive experience working in and with start-ups to help them scale. His experience across diverse industries (including energy generation, production and logistics, B2B SaaS and more) has honed his ability to understand new verticals quickly and to provide highly-tailored legal advice. At Biztech, Francisco routinely advises tech companies on issues ranging from commercial contracting, privacy and data protection, financial structuring, corporate transactions and day-to-day legal operations.

Prior to his work at Biztech, Francisco was Head of Legal Affairs for multinational clean energy construction company Powerchina Ltd. Francisco acted as the central legal resource for the company's operations, overseeing their commercial negotiations and contracting, conflict resolution and providing legal project management. In addition, he provided general legal support to their commercial teams in their large-scale construction of solar and wind energy parks in Latin-America.

Francisco has also worked as Head Counsel for Janus Global Solutions, an international financial structuring and business consultancy company. Whilst there he helped international clients set up shop in the US, including creating local subsidiaries and getting them operational for cross-border transactions between the US. Latam and Europe.

Francisco works out of Bs.As, and likes touring tech events and learning about the next big thing. Weekends are his family time, and he likes taking short trips to enjoy the countryside.
