Karine is a corporate, commercial, and data protection lawyer with over 20 years of experience in technology, media, and telecom. She advises founders, investors, and scale-ups on strategic growth across global markets.

Chris launched the firm’s practice in the United States and heads operations and growth in the Americas. He started his legal career in BigLaw as an associate at Kirkland & Ellis LLP, in their Chicago office and private equity group.
