Provided sell-side transactional support for Quadpay in its acquisition by ASX-listed Zip Co Ltd.

The client: Quadpay was a BNPL service provider that allowed its customers to pay for goods and services in 4 installments.

Advised Rokt on its series D capital raise for A$80M.
