Julie Collins

Julie Collins is a Senior Lawyer at Biztech Lawyers. Well versed in corporate and transactional law, her experience spans from entity formation and corporate transactions to real estate, business, and banking. She began her practice in litigation, and the negotiation and drafting skills from those years inform her present day corporate and transactional practice. Julie is also well versed in contract reviews and NDA’s in the technology sector.

She is a problem solver by nature and enjoys moving from the realm of problem/issue to solution quickly in order to help clients. Her initial plan before pursuing law was to become a doctor. She feels that she brings that scientific examination to her practice: triage, make a plan, prevent, as applicable.

Julie is curious and inquisitive and enjoys learning and growing her skill set in order to help you do more, work smarter rather than harder and manifest your business vision.She has been a licensed Virginia attorney for nine years, beginning with a two-year clerkship for the Honorable Robert J. Smith of the Fairfax County Circuit Court.
