RASHAD EVANS
Rashad is an experienced corporate attorney with more than 13 years of experience in litigation, mergers, acquisitions and corporate governance.
He draws on his diverse knowledge and has advised global entities undertaking fast paced expansions, negotiations and complex litigation matters across a number of high profile sectors.
He is experienced in multi-jurisdiction law firms across the United States, and in his most recent role assisted the General Counsel in the establishment of a new corporate legal department for multinational corporate, Advanced Nutrients. He dealt with mergers, acquisitions, internal investigations and corporate governance. Rashad’s experience was focused in navigating regulatory uncertainty, mitigating potential criminal liability and identifying the commercial limitations for Cannabis Law.
Prior to his time in California Rashad was a Corporate Attorney in New York for firms like Kirkland & Ellis, and Sullivan &Cromwell working across multi-billion dollar corporations from auto makers, home builders, residential mortgage backed securities, and asbestos related liabilities.
Based in Los Angeles, Rashad is an experienced corporate attorney, great with people, and an expert in creative problem solving.
Rashad is a national champion debater and coach with excellent public speaking and writing skills.
